Description: This Steuler Germany Pottery Jug, Decorative Vase, is an attractive piece that will add a touch of contemporary style to any room. Made of ceramic material, this brown-toned handled jug with black accents at the base is perfect for holding dried or fresh flowers. It has anti-slip pads on the bottom and a handle. The top opening is 2 3/4” in diameter. The base of the jug is 4” in diameter. It is 6 1/8” tall. The jug has an impressed mark on the bottom that consists of a hexagon with a cross inside and some numbers underneath. Steuler introduced this mark in 1959-1960. This jug is likely from the 1960s or 1970s. The larger number on the bottom of the piece identifies the form (517) and the smaller number, the item’s height in centimeters. This is a pre-owned item in good condition.
