Description: Own a piece of history with this Vintage/antique War Era (1944 or 1945) Glass ball Ornament in an unsilvered translucent red colored finish. The ornament has a silver scalloped cap that reads "MADE IN U.S.OF A.". This ornament was likely manufactured by the Corning Glass Company and decorated by Premier Glass Works, K &W Glass Works or Shiny Brite. It is in good vintage condition, the deep cherry red finish is still nice and bright and has only light wear. Some light patina/spotting/paint wear/scratches are common with ornaments this old so please inspect photos for condition. The ornament measures approximately 3" tall including the cap and 2 5/8" in diameter. This is beautiful piece!
