Description: Interesting World War II period shirt. Per the manufacturers label on the inside collar, this was marketed as a "Regulation Military Shirt - Form Fit" by Yale. The shirt has a distinct copper color, and follows very closely the form of the Regulation Officers shirt of the period. This is likely not something worn by a service member, but rather something worn on the honefront by some enterprising Casanova. While I believe this to be civilian in origin, I will say that the collector that this came from believed that an Army Air Force veteran owned the shirt - so take that for what it's worth. Nonetheless, a great looking shirt that just needs to be ironed. The shirt remains in good condition, showing signs of age, use, and wear. Sweat stains in the neck. Please see the pictures for more detail. Guaranteed 100% authentic in every respect for life. Be sure to see our other listings for more historical antiques and militaria.
