Description: This is a very nice Soviet World War II Capture of Berlin Campaign Medal that is in original and excellent condition. It is a type 1 medal with the suspension ring soldered to the top of the planchet as a separate piece. The planchet is of bronze and nicely struck, exhibiting fine detail to both the obverse and reverse sides. The ribbon is clean and mounted to a wartime pentagon shaped brass frame with functional pin assembly. Excellent and undamaged. 8945
